เมื่อวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองการาจี ได้จัดพิธีถวายความอาลัยในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง โดยมีนายสุรเชษฐ์ บุญธินันท์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองการาจี เป็นประธาน โดยได้นำข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของสกญ. ตลอดจนชุมชนชาวไทยในเมืองการาจีถวายความอาลัยและยืนสงบนิ่งเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระองค์ท่าน ในการนี้ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้จัดให้มีการลงนามในสมุดถวายความอาลัยสำหรับชาวต่างประเทศและชุมชนชาวไทย ณ ที่ทำการสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 29 – 31 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยมีบุคคลระดับสูง อาทิ นาย Kamran Khan Tessori ผู้ว่าแคว้นซินด์ ผู้แทนกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กงสุลใหญ่ประเทศต่างๆ นักธุรกิจชั้นนำ รวมถึงชุมชนชาวไทย

On 29 October 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Karachi held a ceremony to pay tribute in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother’s boundless grace and benevolence.  During the ceremony, Mr. Surashete Boontinand, Consul General, led the Consulate’s officials and staff, together with members of Thai community in Karachi, to pay tribute to the Queen Mother by observing a moment of silence. The Royal Thai Consulate-General made books of condolences available for both foreigners and Thai community members to sign at the Consulate’s chancery during 29 - 31 October 2025. The event was attended by distinguished guests such as, Mr. Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consuls General from various countries, leading business figures, as well as the Thai community.
