8 April 2019: Chef Monchai Phatchanee was kind enough to share his Thai cooking style to Thai ladies in Karachi. The cooking menus were upon the request from the 24 ladies who preferred the Chef to do the cooking that they were not familiar with or that they were not excel with. The class took 4 hours with 3 menus (Chinese noodle, Thai old style dumpling pan sip and crispy noodle) . The participants were all happy and wished the Chef to come to Karachi again in the near future.
