5 Apr 2019: First night of Thai Food Festival started today. The Festival was organised by the Royal Thai Consulate General, Thai Airways, Pak-Thai Friendship Association & Business Forum and Beach Luxury Hotel. There were more than 150 guests attending the Festival including Friends of Thailand, Consuls General, representatives from foreign missions, and business people. The event began with ribbon cutting by Thai Consul General Thatree Chauvachata together with Beach Luxury Hotel GM M.A Azeem Qureashi, Consuls General, Thai Airways Manager Thanaporn, and Pakistan-Thai President Arif Suleman. Thai Food during the event was cooked by Chef Monchai Phatchanee who will stay in Karachi with the Thai dancers until 9 April 2019. The beautiful Thai classical dance was performed throughout the function.
