เมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองการาจี จัดงานเลี้ยงรับรองเนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพพระบาทสมเด็จพระชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร วันชาติและวันพ่อแห่งชาติประจำปี 2568 ณ โรงแรมอาวารี เมืองการาจี โดยนายสุรเชษฐ์ บุญธินันท์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองการาจี เป็นประธานในพิธีฯ พร้อมด้วย นาย Syed Murad Ali Shah มุขมนตรีแคว้นซินด์ นาย Kamran Khan Tessori ผู้ว่าแคว้นซินด์ และแขกที่มีเกียรติคนอื่นๆ ได้เข้าร่วมด้วย รวมทั้งนักศึกษาและชุมชนชาวไทยในเมืองการาจี แคว้นซินด์ และแคว้นบาโลจิสถาน

ในโอกาสนั้น กสญ. ได้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์ โดยเน้นถึงความสำคัญของงานวันชาติ หรือวันพ่อ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับปากีสถาน กสญ. ได้อธิบายเหตุผลทำไมประชาชนชาวไทยจึงรักและเคารพพระมหากษัตริย์ของไทยที่ทรงงานอย่างไม่เหน็ดเหนื่อยเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนไทยและประเทศชาติ จากนั้น กสญ. ได้เชิญให้แขกผู้เข้าร่วมพร้อมกันถวายความอาลัยในการเสด็จสวรรคตของสมเด็จพระพันปีหลวงโดยการยืนสงบนิ่ง

The Royal Thai Consulate General in Karachi organized a reception in commemoration of the National Day of Thailand, the Birthday Anniversary of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, and Thailand’s Father Day at the Avari Hotel, Karachi.

On the 5^th December 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate General in Karachi organized a reception to commemorate the National Day of Thailand, the Birthday Anniversary of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, and Thailand’s Father Day at the Avari Hotel, Karachi.  The event was presided over by Mr. Surashete Boontinand, Consul General of Thailand, graced by the presence of H.E. Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh, H.E. Kamran Khan Tessori Governor of Sindh, and other dignitary guests, including Thai community in Karachi Sindh and Balochistan.

On this occasion, the Consul General of Thailand delivered his remarks emphasizing the significance of the event as well as the relationship between Thailand and Pakistan.  He also explained the reasons why all the Thai people love and respect their king who worked tirelessly for the benefits of his people and the country.   Later, he invited the guests and all the attendants to observe a moment of silence to mourn the passing of H.M. the late Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.
