9 August 2019: The Royal Thai Consulate General in Karachi organized celebratory events to honour Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on her 88th Birthday which will be on 12 August 2019. The Thai Consulate illuminated as Consul General Thatree Chauvachata presided over a candlelit ceremony paying tribute to Her Majesty, praising and giving blessing to Her Majesty with good health and happiness. In the afternoon CG together with the Thai community in Karachi participated in prayer and meditation activity for the Queen Mother. Before noon, they gave a donation to the residential care home for senior women Binte-Fatima Foundation at 42 Khayaban-e-Ittehad Road, D.H.A Phase 8, Karachi. In addition, all participants have signed the book of blessing on the auspicious occasion.
